Ok, I really can't figure this whole blogger thing out and I need some help! How do I follow/subscribe to other peoples' blogs? And post pictures... etc...?
i'm not sure how you put up pictures, but as far as following...go to your dashboard, and there should be a tab that says, "add" or something. click that and then type in the url. for instance, mine is ineffablyloved.blogspot.com so type that in and click add. and you should be good.
